Based on guidelines from the CDC and the State of Connecticut, the following new procedures and protocols will temporarily be in place to maximize the health and safety of our customers during private lessons:
Lessons must be scheduled in advance, No walk ins
Players and families will wait outside of the facility to be called in for their appointment, no waiting inside on benches
Only 3 - 4 of our 7 training tunnels will be used at one time for lessons and/or rentals to allow for maximum social distancing
Each player may be accompanied by one parent or guardian
Players under 13 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
There will be 5 minutes between lessons to allow our staff to clean and disinfect high traffic and high touch areas
All Star MVP Members will receive their usual discount
